“I raise my face to the moon / my arms spread wide / as I take in deep the mountain’s breath”

Questions have been asked and answered, good company enjoyed, matzo in various forms consumed, and spring has generally arrived in this desert household.

A chag sameach and a happy Passover to all those also celebrating.

And a good Easter to those celebrating that spring holiday, and a generally joyous spring to us all.

Around here we always look to the lengthening days with a little bit of trepidation, but still, it’s hard to to smile at the warmer breezes and the wildflower-and-citrus-blossom-scented air.
