Finally, I’m still thinking about the thirteen year old who wants to sail around the world, with mixed feelings. I did find it interesting that Free Range Kids weighed in against the attempt, though, and her point that there’s a difference between the faux danger we’re forever trying to protect kids from and the real danger of an around the world solo sailing expedition is well taken.
