Anyone seen a dragon?

So the powers that be are claiming only 99 (37) degrees where I live, but 101 (38) at the airport where the official Tucson weather measurements are made.

I think that’s good enough to say that the ice has broken on the Santa Cruz river.

Guide for non-locals: at 95/35 the weather is “warm.” At 105/41 it reaches “hot.” Somewhere upwards of 110/43 it reaches “too damn hot.” Adjust downwards once the monsoons start and the humidity kicks in.
