I’m working on a new book, I’m working on several talks, and I’ve decided to use the Eowyn Challenge as a way to encourage myself to up my weekly aerobic activity from three times a week to five-six times.
I tend to think progress posts can get a bit tedious and can bury all the other things going on in a journal when one doesn’t quite post daily–I know I skim them in other journals when I’m short on time. So I’ve created a separate journal for such things: jannimetrics.
Which I may or may not cancel at any time, if I find obsessively counting things isn’t working as a motivator after all. 🙂
