Welcome to the world, Asher Theodore (Simner) Smith! 🙂

Born February 16, 2006.

Sometime the middle of last night I dreamed that Asher was already born, with straight black hair, feet on the ground and already walking, and that he turned to me and said, “I’m a crow baby.” And I remember thinking, wow, my sister’s in for an interesting time raising this kid, and that maybe I should warn her. As it turns out, Asher was born with long black hair, though I’ve heard no reports of him talking or walking or doing anything much but move his head around in response to the new bright lights around him. 🙂
