Caffeine!

So today’s research subject is caffeine, for an article on same.

I’m getting the impression this isn’t a substance we fully understand. Certainly estimates of safe quantities are all over the map–from 1 to 6 cups of coffee, from what I’m seeing, or 150-600 mg of caffeine. The consensus seems to be that caffeine isn’t harmful, except when it is. And that sometimes it might be helpful, except when it isn’t.

How do you all consume caffeine?
