Knock on the door. Open it.
Second-grader looks up at me. “Would you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies?”
Yes, it’s the first time someone has actually properly blanketed my neighborhood.
So of course I bought a box. Never mind that I have a troop of my own–I’ll always buy a box from anyone who knocks on my door. (“You can buy as many as you want,” she assured me, “because they freeze well.” Her leader trained her well.)
Speaking of which: Tucson Girl Scout cookie sales have begun. If you’d like a box or three, I can even ship them. 🙂
